Operator Portal Update

Please note that the Operator Portal currently displays your 2023 billing statements listed under the FY2022 tab. The 2022 statements are listed under the FY2021 tab and the 2021 statements are listed under FY2020.

Our programmers are currently implementing a fix to this issue, and we hope to have it resolved quickly.

Please contact us if you have any questions about your statements.

Meters Reminder

If you have a broken meter board, remember to note it in the machine's log book until it is fixed.

When the meter board is fixed, Operators should submit a board change form to the Lottery. The form should indicate that the reason for the board change is a broken meter and list the hard meters for the board.

You will also need to update the hard meters on the machine so the hard meters on the audit ticket match the hard meter board.
