Please note that holiday hours will be in effect for Christmas and New Year's Day. Our support center will be available on the following dates and times:

December 26, 2025: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central

December 27, 2025: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central

December 28, 2025: 9 to 11 a.m. Central

January 1, 2026: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central

2026 Sweep Schedule

The 2026 Sweep schedule is now available online!

Payout Reminder

Video lottery payouts must be made for the exact amount on the voucher.

 

The Lottery has received reports from players that some establishments are withholding change when paying out vouchers. 

 

Please remind staff that they must pay the full amount.

 

License Renewals

Please remember that Q1 and Q2 video lottery renewals are due January 31, 2026.


Be sure to complete and submit these forms back to the South Dakota Lottery before the deadline. If the forms are not returned by the deadline, you risk having your machines disabled or losing your license.
